    The 17-time WWE World Champion shared advice for people who hit rock bottom in their lives.

    Cena said that people need to seek help from others to get through their tough phase.

    He also added that everyone goes through their own ups and downs, but advised people to fight through it rather than give up, much like the mantra of ‘Never Give Up’ he has followed throughout his life.

    Cena said: "We are all human.

    We go through ups and downs.

    If you find yourself dwelling in a down, seek help.

    And also, you're not alone.

    Humanity has been around for a long time, there's been all sorts of problems and issues.

    I know you think it might be individual, but I promise you there is somebody else out there going through the same thing.
