Highlights include marinated mantis shrimps in sake and hua diao wine sauce, braised lobster with pepper cream lobster sauce, braised giant yellow croaker with pickled long beans, and Sichuan-style Wagyu beef. There’s also a neighbourhood-only draw in the form of smoked cumin lamb ribs, plus a new family-style weekend brunch at HK$300 per person, where platters of smoked favourites and shared plates make it easy to settle in for a Sunday afternoon.
The eatery is now in its soft launch phase, with its grand opening to take place on July 3.
