World Cup today: Scotland aiming for history as final round of group games begin

Co-hosts Canada will face Switzerland in a crucial Group B match to determine the top seed, with Canada entering confidently after a 6-0 victory, while Bosnia and Herzegovina play Qatar, hoping for a heavy win to keep their slim qualification hopes alive. Both games kick off at 8pm BST (3pm ET).

In Group C, Scotland will play tournament favourites Brazil, aiming for their first-ever knockout stage qualification in nine World Cup attempts, as Brazil welcomes back superstar Neymar.

Also in Group C, Morocco, led by Brahim Diaz, will seek to secure the top spot against an already eliminated Haiti, building on their impressive draw against Brazil. The Group C games kick-off at 11pm BST (6pm ET).

The day concludes with Group A action, where co-hosts Mexico take on the Czech Republic in Mexico City, the co-hosts already guaranteed to top the group.

Simultaneously, South Africa and South Korea will battle it out in Monterrey, with both nations desperately needing three points to progress from a tightly contested Group A. Both games kick-off at 2am Thursday BST (9pm Wednesday ET).
