Visakhapatnam: The husband of techie Parupudi Radha Gayatri (27), who was found dead in suspicious circumstances at a homestay in Mussoorie (Uttarakhand), has refuted claims on his role in the death of his wife, stating that the postmortem report would reveal the exact reason behind her death.Radha Gayatri was found dead in a homestay on the Mussoorie-Dhanaulti road on June 15, while on vacation with fellow techie and husband, Somayajula Sricharan.Sricharan said he wouldn’t comment on the allegation levelled on him by Gayatri’s parents as the family is in deep grief and it is not the right time to react to their statement.
He said their engagement ceremony took place in Oct 2025 and marriage was held a month later. “Ego clashes are a natural and common part of any marriage.
There were some ego issues in our life too as we were living separately after marriage.
I was working in Pune while she stayed in Hyderabad for some time,” Sricharan added.He said Gayatri moved to her in-laws’ house in Delhi after the wedding and got a job in Gurgaon soon after. “We had sorted out the misunderstandings, and had gone to Mussoorie before our planned visit to her home in Vizag later in the week,” he said.The parents of Gayatri alleged that Sricharan planted a tracking device in her bag without her knowledge or consent, and the device was found when a security check at her office triggered an alert.
However, Sricharan said he doesn’t know about the tracker. “Yes, we both consumed red wine during our stay in Mussoorie as it was a joy trip.
