Sweeper booked on charge of stabbing his wife to death

Pune: The Kharadi police have booked a sweeper on charge of murdering his 32-year-old wife at their residence late on Tuesday over some domestic issues.Senior inspector Sanjay Chavan of Kharadi police, while talking to TOI, said, “We have identified the deceased as Kiran Jalaram Babar.

Her husband, who works as a sweeper, fled from their home during the early hours of Wednesday.”He added, “The couple, who hail from Madhya Pradesh, have been staying in the city for the past six years.
