Russia's Lavrov Urges Foreign Diplomats To Leave Kyiv As Moscow Renews Security Warning

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has issued a fresh warning to foreign governments, urging diplomats and foreign personnel to leave Kyiv as security concerns mount amid the ongoing war in Ukraine. Speaking in Moscow, Lavrov said Russia's recommendation to evacuate Kyiv remains in force. He also accused Ukrainian forces of deliberately targeting civilian infrastructure and attempting to spread panic through attacks on civilian sites.
