Mumbai may soon be home to one of India's largest integrated healthcare hubs, with Nita Ambani outlining an ambitious vision for the future of Seven Hills Hospital as part of Reliance Foundation's broader healthcare mission.At Reliance Industries' Annual General Meeting, Reliance Foundation Chairperson Nita Ambani spoke about creating a large, integrated medical ecosystem in the city that combines advanced treatment facilities, research capabilities, and patient-centric care under one roof.

The initiative, she said, is aimed at making world-class healthcare both affordable and accessible to Indians across socioeconomic backgrounds.The proposed transformation of Seven Hills Hospital is positioned as a significant step in modernising healthcare infrastructure in Mumbai.

Visuals shared in the presentation showcased plans for a multi-speciality medical hub with large-scale capacity, advanced clinical systems and dedicated centres for specialised treatment.The facility is expected to house around 1,500 beds and cater to a wide range of healthcare needs, including oncology, neurosciences, emergency and trauma care, and neurological disorders such as Parkinson's disease.

The proposed ecosystem also places emphasis on research-led care, digital health systems and data-driven clinical practices.The vision extends beyond treatment alone.
