The spotlight brought unforgettable opportunities, but also pressures she never saw coming when she first joined the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.Reece Weaver explains why she left the Dallas Cowboys CheerleadersSpeaking to ELLE, Weaver admitted that fame from the Netflix series changed her life in ways she never imagined.

Although she appreciated the overwhelming support from fans, adjusting to constant public attention proved challenging.Reflecting on her journey, Weaver said:“When the show came out and had such a great response, it was so encouraging and super, super exciting.

But it also came with a lot of challenges, with social media and people having a very loud opinion.”After spending months thinking about her future, she finally reached a decision earlier this year.“In March, I had a confirmative answer, and I was really at peace with my decision.

I wanted to give Kelly and Judy an answer by the end of March, and I had been wrestling with this decision for a while.

It wasn’t until the beginning of March that I started taking the steps of solidifying it, because it was going to take me a while for it to sink in.”Rather than describing her departure as retirement, Weaver believes it marks the beginning of a new phase.“I’m not finished.

The word retirement is so scary...and I still want to do so much with my life.

I’m just simply moving on to the next chapter, and excited to see what that entails.

This is just the beginning.”Reece Weaver reveals Broadway dreams after moving back to AlabamaWeaver also confirmed that she and her husband, Will Allman, have officially moved back to Alabama, a goal they had shared long before she became a household name through the Netflix series.Although she has not finalized her next professional move, Weaver revealed that her recent injury helped reignite her passion for dance.
