Bhubaneswar: Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha, on Tuesday rescheduled Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET)-2026, earlier slated to be held on June 28.
The exam will now be conducted on July 5, according to a notification issued by the board.The decision follows concerns over schedule of OTET and Combined Recruitment Examination (CRE) conducted by OSSSC for recruitment of revenue inspector and amins, both of which were to take place on June 28.
This left many of the candidates who plan to appear both the exams, worried.
BSE president Srikant Tarai informed that under the revised schedule, OTET Paper I will be conducted from 9 am to 11.30 am, while Paper II will be held from 2 pm to 4.30 pm on July 5.
