Kane and Bellingham struggle as England fail to seal top spot in World Cup group

England failed to seal top spot in their group as they were held to a 0-0 draw by Ghana on Tuesday, and The Independent’s Kieran Jackson rated all of the players.

Harry Kane and Jude Bellingham starred in England’s win over Croatia last week, but struggled to make an impact this time around and were both handed 5/10.

However, Anthony Gordon was rated even lower at 4/10, and could be at risk of losing his starting spot to Marcus Rashford when England play Panama on Saturday.

England managed to keep a clean sheet, with Ezri Konsa and Djed Spence seen as the pick of the defenders as they both received 7/10.
