Jahangir Khan's Wife Arrested For Allegedly Plotting Falta Police Station Attack

West Bengal Police have arrested Sarina Bibi, wife of jailed former TMC leader Jahangir Khan alias "Pushpa", in connection with the June 17 Falta Police Station attack case. Police allege she mobilised hundreds of supporters who attempted to march towards the police station to secure Khan's release from custody. Authorities had deployed police and central forces after receiving intelligence about a possible attack. More than 25 people have been arrested so far. Khan, arrested near the India-Nepal border on June 8, faces multiple criminal cases, including extortion. The investigation remains ongoing.
