Israeli police clash with anti-draft ultra-Orthodox protesters

Israeli police clashed with Ultra-Orthodox (Haredi) Jews on Monday as they protested against mandatory conscription.

This is the latest of recurring anti-draft protests and was prompted by the arrest of Yosef Friedman for his participation in an earlier protest.
