Harry and Meghan offered palace rooms for upcoming UK visit

Speculation is mounting that King Charles could be reunited with his youngest grandchildren, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, following an offer of royal accommodation for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's upcoming UK visit.

Such an arrangement, with Harry and Meghan staying at a palace with their children, would signal a potential thawing in the relationship between the King and his son.

Archie, aged seven, and Lilibet, aged five, last saw their grandfather during Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022.

The Sussexes are expected to travel from California in July for events surrounding the one-year countdown to Harry’s Invictus Games in Birmingham, as well as other charity engagements.

Harry had previously cited security worries as a reason for not bringing his family to the UK, but reports suggest these concerns have been mitigated.
