Fire breaks out at stationery shop, none injured

Prayagraj: Panic gripped Lukerganj and adjoining areas for more than two hours after a major fire broke out at a stationery shop gutting stationery articles, furniture etc.

Two fire tenders were pressed into service to control the fire.

Initial investigations suspect a short circuit as the cause behind the fire.Chief Fire Officer (Prayagraj) Chandra Mohan told TOI that stationery shop was located on the ground floor of the house and caught fire.
