England fan says America deserves ‘huge apology’ over World Cup stadiums

An English soccer fan, Oliver Henry, went viral for admitting that Britons underestimated the scale of American sports venues during the World Cup 2026.

Henry specifically praised the Dallas Stadium (AT&T Stadium) after attending an England vs. Croatia match, calling it "absolutely incredible" and the "best venue I’ve been to."

He stated that Brits "owe America an apology" for doubting the size and quality of their stadiums, which can hold approximately 80,000 people.

Beyond the stadium, Henry also expressed admiration for the people of Texas, describing them as the "friendliest and most accommodating" he had ever met.
