England could make changes for Panama World Cup clash – but it comes with risks

England's 0-0 draw with Ghana has made their final World Cup group game against Panama more crucial than anticipated.

Manager Thomas Tuchel is considering 'moderate' rotation for the Panama match, despite the risk of not topping the group if a weakened team fails to win.

Tuchel stated he is not afraid to make changes, even though he was unsure if he would have done a full rotation had England already secured top spot.

Bukayo Saka is hoped to be fit enough to start for the first time in the tournament, with Tuchel noting his recovery from an Achilles issue is progressing well.

Winning the group would see England play in Atlanta, whereas finishing second would mean travelling to Toronto to face Portugal or Colombia.
