Raven, best known for working as RuPaul’s very own makeup artist and for featuring on his show, ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’, is ready to take the stage all over again.
According to the latest reports, it has been confirmed that Raven will appear on the show’s spin-off series, ‘Drag Race Down Under vs the World.’ She will compete against multiple contestants for the ultimate crown and the winning prize.Raven to join ‘Drag Race Down Under vs the World’Stan recently unveiled the official cast posters for ‘Drag Race Down Under vs the World,’ revealing Raven as one of the latest members of the spin-off series.
They also released a trailer for the show, titled ‘Meet the Queens.’’Other alums who are returning for the show include Art Simone from ‘Down Under’ season 1, Coco Jumbo from ‘Down Under’ season 1, Estrella Xtravaganza from ‘Drag Race España’ season 2, Flor from ‘Down Under’ season 3, LaLa Ri from ‘Drag Race’ season 13 and ‘All Stars’ season 8, M1ss Jade So from ‘Drag Race Philippines’ season 2, Michael Marouli from ‘Drag Race UK’ season 5, Nikita Iman from ‘Down Under’ season 4, Nicole Paige Brooks from ‘Drag Race’ season 2 and ‘All Stars’ season 10, and Vybe from ‘Down Under’ season 4.About RavenEmmy-winning drag performer Raven joined the show back in 2010, where she placed second.
She later returned in season one of ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars’ in 2012, where she placed as a runner-up once again.
Raven, whose real name is David Petruschin, has remained on the show since rejoining in 2017.
Not only that, but for her work on the show, Raven has even won an Emmy Award! She even joined the ‘All Stars’ season 7; however, she did not fully compete and was last featured in the werk room segment that season.About ‘Drag Race Down Under vs the World’The show will be hosted by none other than Michelle Visage, who is also known as RuPaul’s ‘right hand’.
The judging panel will also include Rhys Nicholson and ‘Drag Race Down Under’ season 4 winner Lazy Susan.
A new concept will be introduced for the spin-off series: the top two queens of the week deciding who will be in the bottom two and eliminated from the show.The show will premiere on July 24, 2026.
In the US, fans will be able to catch and stream new episodes on WOW Presents+, while Australian fans will be able to stream them on Stan.
