Nashik: The Artillery Centre, Nashik, conducted the Attestation Parade of Agniveer batch 08/26 on June 19 and 20 marking the successful completion of rigorous military training for 3,650 Agniveers.
The ceremony signified their formal induction into the Indian Army and their readiness to serve the nation with dedication, discipline and honour.The parade was reviewed by Major General N R Pandey, VSM, Commandant, Artillery Centre, Nashik.
The event showcased impeccable drill movements, military bearing and precision, reflecting the high standards of training imparted at one of the Indian Army’s premier training establishments.Addressing the newly attested soldiers, Major General N R Pandey congratulated the Agniveers for their determination, resilience and successful completion of training.
He emphasised the vital role they will play in safeguarding the sovereignty and security of the nation while upholding the finest traditions and values of the Indian Army.The Commandant also commended the instructors and training staff for their relentless efforts in transforming young recruits into disciplined and combat-ready soldiers.
